- 📄 Business and service documentation
- ⚙️ Offline-first and institutional software systems
- 🤝 Agent distribution and onboarding programs
Payments & Fees
- 💳 All payments must be made to the official corporate account
- 🧾 Fees are clearly stated per service and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- ⏳ Services commence only after payment confirmation
- 📤 Proof of Payment (POP) must be submitted where required
Failure to submit POP may result in delays or non-activation of services.
Delivery & Timelines
- 🕒 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope and responsiveness
- 📩 Clients must provide required information promptly
- 🔄 Revision limits apply as stated per package
Intellectual Property
- 📁 All deliverables remain the property of Sentinel Nexus Systems until fully paid
- 🔐 Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as agreed
- 🚫 Redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited
Acceptable Use
- ✅ Services may only be used for lawful purposes
- 🚫 No use for fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity
- 🚫 No attempts to bypass system security or restrictions
Limitation of Liability
Sentinel Nexus Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided services.
Suspension & Termination
- ⚠️ Services may be suspended for non-payment
- 📴 Access may be revoked for misuse or policy violations
- 📄 Unpaid deliverables will not be released
Changes to Terms
Sentinel Nexus Systems reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
